These terms govern your use of FetchGrade. By submitting a URL for audit, you agree to them.
- Service description
- FetchGrade runs a read-only, deterministic audit of a single public page you submit. It never submits forms, signs in, or bypasses protections such as CAPTCHAs or login walls.
- Acceptable use
- Only audit sites you own, are authorized to check, or that are publicly accessible. Don't use FetchGrade to probe sites you lack permission to check.
- No guarantee of accuracy
- Scores and findings are indicative, not a guarantee. They are not security, accessibility (WCAG), SEO, or AI-search-ranking advice.
- No warranty & limitation of liability
- FetchGrade is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service.
- Data & retention
- See Privacy & data handling for exactly what we visit, store, and for how long.
- Changes to these terms
- We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
